LOOK YOUNG ALWAYS

There are three easy yet essential steps involved in attaining a longer, healthier, and happier life no matter how old are you.
1. The first one is always be happy and thankful for what you have and for what you have achieved.
Many things we do or achieve in this life will be set aside to oblivion someday. Love and good character are the only endeavors worth perfecting, and they are the only lasting memories that survive generations. Positive thinking means also putting effort in order to fulfill your true potential. Life is about you and how you feel about yourself, not about whether you’re born to riches or poverty.
It’s not about a list of relationships you’ve been in and it’s not about what you look like. It’s not about how much stuff you’ve accumulated or your status in the world’s eyes. It’s about YOUR SELF-IMAGE.
So, what’s important to you?
You must choose it or it will be chosen for you.
2. The second ingredient is BELIEVING IN YOURSELF.
Many are capable of greatness, but they fail not because they didn’t have what it takes, but because they held back on their ability. Maybe they’re afraid to just let go and give it everything they’ve got. Too many use the half-minded approach - they never really give it their all. Don’t approach anything with half your mind engaged.
3. The final one needs no introduction - take care of YOUR DAILY FOOD. Take a balanced diet. Here are some suggestions on what you should avoid to eat; AVOID CONSUMING TOO MUCH SALT. Taking in too much salt, or any spices for that matter, is bad for your heart. However, studies indicate that natural spices like garlic and onions are good for your blood pressure. Remember the simple rule that moderation puts you on the safe side. Salt has a corrosive effect, as salt water from the sea corrodes even the steel parts of ships that touch the seawater. Salt deposits in the body can cause serious side effects like gout, kidney stone or gall bladder stone and even clogged blood veins.
AVOID DRINKING TOO MUCH COFFEE AND TEA
Coffee and tea taken in moderation is not bad, except when your doctor says otherwise. The problem occurs when a person gets too addicted in drinking these beverages. The accumulated caffeine in the body, especially from coffee, has dire side effects that eventually connect with the brain. If you treasure a strong memory, watch your coffee and tea consumption. On the contrary, green tea has been observed for decades to contribute only good health to the body. Ordinary tea has about 15% to 30% caffeine, while green tea has 3% caffeine, which many nutritionists say is minimal.
CUT DOWN ON SUGAR
Consuming too much sugar makes you susceptible to a host of diseases, among them diabetes and cancer. Cancer tumors devour sugar and actually triple their growth because of it. Besides, it has negative effects on aging and the eyes.
DO NOT SMOKE
For some, smoking is especially tempting after a hearty meal. If you reduce your eating by 40%, you fill your stomach less; and that lessens the temptation to smoke.
Other way is exercise which can help you to keep fit and look young too. There are many kinds of exercise that you can do like yoga.
How to be young all time is in your hand and your heart. All inside your mind.
FAT BURNING SOUP
onions
Green peppers (bell peppers)
2 tomatoes (diced)
1 Bunch of celery
cabbage
Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces and cover with water. Boil fast for ten minutes. Cook to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat the more weight you will lose. Fill a flask in the morning if you will be away during the day.
Note! If this soup is eaten alone for indefinite periods, you would suffer malnutrition. This diet should only be followed for short periods of time.
Day One: All fruits except bananas. Cantaloupe and watermelon are lower on calories than most fruits. Eat only the soup and fruits. For drinks - unsweetened tea, cranberry juice or water.Day Two: All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh, raw or canned vegetables. Try to eat green, leafy vegetables and stay away from dry limns peas, and corn. Eat along with the soup. At dinnertime on day two, reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter. Do not eat any fruits
Day Three: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. Do not have a baked potato. If you have eaten for three days, as above, and have not cheated, you will find you should have lost 5 - 7 lbs
Day Four: Bananas and skimmed milk. Eat as many as 3 bananas and drink as many glasses of water as you can on this day along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates along with the milk, but on this particular day your body will need the potassium, carbohydrates, proteins and calcium to lessen your cravings for sweets.
Day Five: Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10-20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes on this day. Try to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water on day five to wash away the uric acid in your body. Eat the soup at least once on day five.
Day Six: Beef and vegetables. Eat to your heart’s content of the beef and vegetables on day six. You can even have two or three steaks if you like with green leafy vegetables, but no baked potato. Be sure to eat the soup at least once.
Day Seven: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegetables. Again, stuff yourself and be sure to have the soup at least once.
The end of the seventh day, if you have not cheated on the above diet, you will have lost 10-17lbs. If you have lost more than 15lbs stay off the diet for two full days before resuming the diet again from day one.If correctly followed, it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being as never before.After only seven days of this process you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10-15lbs and have an abundance of energy. Continue this plan as long as you like and feel the difference.This diet is fast, fat burning and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you think. It will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being. This diet DOES NOT lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beverages at any time because of the removal of the fat buildup in the system. Go off the diet at least 24hrs before any intake of alcohol.Because everyone’s digestive system is different, this diet will affect everyone differently. After day three, you will have more energy than when you began if you did not cheat. After being on the diet for several days you will find your bowel movements have changed. You can eat a cup of bran. Although you can have black coffee with this diet, you may find that you don’t need the caffeine after the third day.Definite NO NO’S… Bread, alcohol, carbonated drinks (including diet drinks), and fried foods. Stick with water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, unsweetened fruit juices, cranberry juice and skimmed milk. You can eat grilled or baked chicken instead of meat (absolutely no skin on chicken)The basic fat burning soup can be eaten anytime you feel hungry. Eat as much as you like. Remember that the more you eat, the more you will lose. Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference both mentally and physically. If you prefer, you can substitute grilled fish for the beef on only one of the beef days. You need the high-protein in the beef the other days.
